1. Acceptance of these Terms
RomBuzz is operated by Neptrixx International Company Pvt. Ltd. In these Terms, “RomBuzz,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the RomBuzz service and its operator.
By creating an account, accessing, or using RomBuzz, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or notices presented for a specific feature.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use RomBuzz.
2. Eligibility: you must be at least 18
By using RomBuzz, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18, that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you are not prohibited by applicable law from using the service.
You may not misrepresent your age. We may suspend, restrict, or remove an account when we reasonably believe the user is under 18 or has provided false age information.
3. Your account and account security
You are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate and for keeping your account and authentication methods secure. You may not sell, rent, transfer, or knowingly allow another person to use your RomBuzz account in a way that violates these Terms.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.
RomBuzz may require reauthentication, account verification, or other reasonable security checks before allowing sensitive account actions.
4. Authentication providers
RomBuzz may permit sign-in using email or third-party authentication providers. If you use a third-party provider, your relationship with that provider is also governed by its terms and policies.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the authentication method connected to your account and for following any provider steps required to revoke external authorization.
5. Honest profiles and identity
RomBuzz is designed for genuine person-to-person dating and social interaction. You may not impersonate another person, create a fraudulent identity, knowingly misrepresent material identity or age information, or use another person's photos or information without permission.
A verification badge or other verification indicator, where offered, does not guarantee that every statement made by a user is true, that a user is safe, or that RomBuzz has conducted a comprehensive background investigation.
6. Dating and real-world safety
RomBuzz helps users discover, match, communicate, and interact with other people. RomBuzz does not guarantee a user's identity, intentions, conduct, criminal history, truthfulness, compatibility, or safety.
Unless RomBuzz expressly states otherwise for a particular program, you should not assume that a user has undergone a criminal background check, identity investigation, or other comprehensive screening.
Use caution when interacting with people you do not know. Do not send money or financial credentials to someone you meet through RomBuzz. Consider meeting in a public place, telling someone you trust where you are going, arranging your own transportation, and protecting your home address and other sensitive information until you are comfortable sharing it.
RomBuzz is not an emergency service. If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not use RomBuzz to engage in or facilitate:
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, threats, extortion, coercion, or abuse.
- Sexual harassment, non-consensual sexual conduct, or unwanted sexual solicitation.
- Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization or exploitation of minors, or any conduct that endangers a minor.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, voyeuristic material, or threats to distribute intimate content.
- Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, or other coercive exploitation.
- Hate speech, dehumanizing abuse, or attacks based on legally protected characteristics where prohibited by our rules or applicable law.
- Credible threats, glorification or facilitation of serious violence, terrorism, or other dangerous illegal activity.
- Fraud, romance scams, phishing, impersonation, catfishing, financial deception, or attempts to obtain money or credentials dishonestly.
- Spam, mass solicitation, deceptive promotion, or unauthorized commercial activity.
- Distribution of malware, malicious code, stolen credentials, or instructions intended to compromise RomBuzz or another person.
- Scraping, automated account creation, unauthorized bots, reverse engineering where prohibited by law, circumventing technical limits, or attempting unauthorized access.
- Creating or using an account to evade a suspension, ban, block, deletion hold, or other safety restriction.
- Any conduct that violates applicable law or infringes another person's rights.
8. Content standards
You may only upload, send, post, or otherwise make available content that you have the right to use. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring that it complies with these Terms and applicable law.
Content may not contain illegal material, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats, malicious code, fraudulent solicitations, or other content prohibited by these Terms.
RomBuzz may remove, restrict, preserve, or review content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, address safety concerns, comply with law, or protect the service.
9. Reporting, blocking, moderation, and enforcement
RomBuzz may provide reporting, blocking, unmatching, content controls, or related safety tools. Use those tools in good faith. Knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves violate these Terms.
We may investigate reports and take actions that include warning a user, limiting visibility, disabling specific features, removing content, restricting communication, suspending an account, banning an account, preserving relevant evidence, or making disclosures to authorities when required or permitted by law.
We may consider serious conduct occurring outside RomBuzz when that conduct is reliably connected to a RomBuzz user and is relevant to the safety of users or integrity of the service.
We are not required to disclose confidential moderation methods, reporter identities, private evidence, or details that would compromise another person's privacy or safety.
10. Your content and the license you grant RomBuzz
As between you and RomBuzz, you retain ownership of content you create and upload, subject to the rights of any third parties whose material is included in that content.
You grant RomBuzz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, reproduce, transmit, display, format, adapt, technically modify, moderate, and otherwise process your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, provide, promote within the service where your chosen visibility permits, and improve RomBuzz.
This license ends when the relevant content is deleted from active RomBuzz systems, except to the extent continued retention is permitted or required for backups, legal obligations, fraud prevention, safety, disputes, enforcement, or other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Messages, private media, screenshots, and recipient copies
Messages, photos, audio, video, calls, gifts, and other content you direct to another user are made available to that recipient as part of the service.
Even if RomBuzz provides deletion, disappearing, view-once, privacy, or similar controls, another person may screenshot, record, photograph, copy, download, forward, or otherwise preserve content outside RomBuzz. RomBuzz cannot control independent copies created outside the service.
Do not share intimate, financial, security, or other sensitive information unless you accept the risk that the recipient may retain or misuse it.
12. RomBuzz intellectual property
RomBuzz's software, source code, object code, designs, interface, branding, logos, trademarks, service marks, original content, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to RomBuzz or its operator and are protected by applicable law.
These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use RomBuzz for its intended purposes. They do not transfer ownership of RomBuzz intellectual property to you.
13. Restrictions on use of the service
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code, bypass access controls, interfere with security, or commercially exploit RomBuzz without written authorization.
You may not use RomBuzz data to build an unauthorized database, facial-recognition dataset, surveillance product, competing service, spam list, or profile-enrichment service.
14. Copyright and intellectual-property complaints
If you believe content on RomBuzz infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, send a sufficiently detailed notice to legal@neptrixx.com.
Include information reasonably necessary to identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing content, where it appears, your contact information, and the basis for your claim. We may request additional information before acting on a complaint.
15. BuzzCoins and virtual items
RomBuzz may provide BuzzCoins, gifts, promotional credits, digital entitlements, or other virtual items. Unless RomBuzz expressly states otherwise in a legally available feature, virtual items are licensed digital features and are not legal tender, bank deposits, securities, or stored monetary value.
Virtual items may only be used within supported RomBuzz functionality. You may not sell, transfer, exchange, or create an unauthorized market for virtual items outside RomBuzz.
RomBuzz may change the names, uses, availability, or technical presentation of virtual items, subject to applicable law and any purchase terms that apply to paid items.
If an account has a remaining BuzzCoin or other virtual balance, permanent account deletion may require you to expressly confirm that the remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be restored.
16. Paid features, subscriptions, and app-store purchases
If and where RomBuzz offers paid subscriptions, virtual items, or other digital features, purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized platform are also subject to that platform's purchase, cancellation, and billing rules.
Prices, renewal terms, billing periods, and included benefits will be shown before purchase. Taxes may apply where required.
Deleting your RomBuzz account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an external app-store subscription. You must separately cancel the subscription through the platform that manages it unless the platform provides otherwise.
17. Refunds, reversals, and revoked purchases
Refund rights depend on applicable law and the rules of the platform through which the purchase was made. Where an app store controls the transaction, refund requests may need to be made directly to that app store.
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, revoked, or found to be fraudulent, RomBuzz may remove the related entitlement or virtual items to the extent permitted by law.
18. Promotional and test credits
RomBuzz may provide complimentary, promotional, testing, or trial credits. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, such credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be subject to feature-specific conditions disclosed when they are granted.
19. Third-party services
RomBuzz relies on third-party services for functions such as authentication, hosting, storage, communications, media delivery, diagnostics, notifications, app distribution, and payments. Your use of an external provider may also be governed by that provider's terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, although this does not limit responsibilities that applicable law places on RomBuzz for its own processing or conduct.
20. Notifications and service communications
We may send transactional communications needed to operate RomBuzz, including authentication codes, security alerts, safety notices, account updates, purchase-related notices, and support responses.
You can manage push-notification permissions through your device. Some service or legal communications may still be sent when necessary to administer your account or comply with law.
21. Suspension and termination by RomBuzz
RomBuzz may limit, suspend, or terminate an account or feature when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate safety issues, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, address security risks, or protect the integrity of the service.
Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal. We may also preserve limited information after enforcement where reasonably necessary to prevent ban evasion, protect users, resolve disputes, or comply with law.
22. Deactivation and permanent account deletion
Deactivation and deletion are different. A deactivated account may be hidden from normal discovery and may be reactivated where that feature is available. Permanent deletion starts an irreversible account deletion process.
When authenticated permanent deletion begins, the account is removed from normal user-facing RomBuzz experiences and enters a seven-day deletion hold. The hold is used for account-lifecycle integrity, deletion processing, security, and anti-abuse purposes. It is not a recovery period, and RomBuzz does not provide a restore flow for the deleted account.
Some limited information may be retained or pseudonymized after account deletion where reasonably necessary for financial records, fraud prevention, safety, moderation, legal obligations, disputes, or other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

23. Changes to features and service availability
RomBuzz may add, modify, test, limit, suspend, or discontinue features and may change technical requirements. We may perform maintenance or experience outages, delays, errors, or interruptions.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, that every user will receive the same feature set, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
24. No guarantee of matches, dates, relationships, or outcomes
RomBuzz does not guarantee matches, messages, responses, dates, compatibility, relationships, popularity, earnings, social outcomes, or any other particular result from use of the service.
25. No professional advice
Content or information available through RomBuzz is not legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.
26. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RomBuzz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation to the extent those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed.
RomBuzz does not warrant or guarantee the identity, conduct, truthfulness, intentions, compatibility, background, or safety of any user. You are responsible for your decisions and interactions with other users.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right, or protection that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
27. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RomBuzz, Neptrixx International Company Pvt. Ltd., and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to RomBuzz or interactions with other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of RomBuzz and its operator for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly for RomBuzz digital services during the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, and they apply only to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction.
28. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RomBuzz, Neptrixx International Company Pvt. Ltd., and their affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of RomBuzz, your content, or your material violation of these Terms or another person's rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify a party for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
29. Informal dispute resolution
Before filing a non-urgent legal claim against RomBuzz, we encourage you to contact legal@neptrixx.com with a description of the issue and the resolution you are seeking so the parties can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
This section does not prevent either party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief where appropriate, nor does it remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
30. Governing law and mandatory consumer protections
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Neptrixx International Company Pvt. Ltd. is legally registered, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in the place where you legally reside.
Any court forum or dispute procedure is also subject to mandatory law that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate rights that applicable law requires you to have.
31. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted or limited as necessary to make it enforceable where possible.
32. No waiver
If RomBuzz does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. A waiver is effective only to the extent expressly stated by an authorized party.
33. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. RomBuzz or its operator may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, sale, transfer of the service, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
34. Entire agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific terms or rules presented to you constitute the agreement between you and RomBuzz concerning the service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject to the extent permitted by law.
35. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when RomBuzz, applicable law, or our practices change. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect.
Continued use of RomBuzz after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, you must stop using RomBuzz and may delete your account.

37. Your acknowledgement
By creating or continuing to use a RomBuzz account, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to read these Terms and agree to be bound by them, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
